Measurement and Verification

Measurement and Verification (M&V) provides a documented way of monitoring actual utility usage, either on-site or remotely.  These services are often used to track savings projected for energy improvement or commissioning projects and it can also provide early detection of system issues as they occur.  We can customize our M&V services to meet any project scope, from recording data from a single meter to actively monitoring a complex system of meters, sub-meters, and other building control points.  Through our active monitoring service we can even track and compare the operation of your building, letting you know that energy savings are being met or when there are indications that something in your building is not working as it should.
